For most families, investing in an independent school requires careful financial planning. As a school, we seek to admit talented and motivated students, regardless of family resources.

We believe that economic diversity enriches the educational opportunities for all our families. Therefore, families who feel the full tuition cost is out of their financial reach should not hesitate to visit and apply to our school.

One in four students at Kalamazoo Country Day School receives some type of financial aid. Last year, we awarded over $100,000 in financial aid. Financial aid is not a loan — you do not have to pay it back. Even many families earning over $100,000 qualify for financial aid. Preschool Tuition

Preschool tuition is invoiced monthly from August through May, on the 1st of the month. Kindergarten through 8th grade tuition is invoiced monthly from August through July on the 1st of the month. The tuition varies based on the time a student attends classes. Parents may alter their attendance schedule with the approval of the Head of School.
