Doni Kramer

My name is Mrs. Kramer and I teach kindergarten at Kalamazoo Country Day School. I have a BA in elementary education with an early childhood endorsement. I have taught kindergarten since 1989. Teaching kindergarten is a joy. The children's energy, creativity and thirst for learning inspire me. I have received two Excellence in Education grants. For the first one I travelled to Maine and explored ocean life at Bar Harbor. This summer I will be travelling to Costa Rica to explore the many ecosystems within the rain forest. I look forward to sharing that knowledge with my new kindergarten class. Reading mysteries and stories about history relaxes me in my spare time. I also enjoy working in my yard, sewing, boating, walking and spending time with my family.
