Before/After Care

Before and after school care is provided for KCDS children on a regular or as needed basis.  The school opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM.  Children who arrive before 8:00 AM report to the before care room for supervised activities.  The after school program begins at 3:15 with a snack, followed by indoor and outdoor activities.  Opportunities for piano and violin lessons are available for interested students after school.  Organized clubs such as Chess Club, Science Club, Scouts and activities such as Girls on the Run and Yoga for Kids are also offered.
